Very good stuff, Kristi, and just in time to save me massive edits on my newest endeavor. Yes, I seem to start every novel with a prologue. Yes, I also fill in with back story. Alas, the occasional “ly” word slips in, although I have to say that my characters eyes don’t glare, look up, narrow, flick to the corner or shoot across the room. Not yet, anyways.
